updated GNU/Linux version

The latest and greatest version of the MARK executable has been compiled for GNU/Linux, and is available for download here: http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/rmark/linux/

64-bit only. If you *really* need a 32-bit version, send me an email offline.

As for an OS/X version, that will have to wait until I can get access to one that lets me install the compiler suite...hopefully within the next couple of weeks.
