Congratulations to Bob Klaver, U. S. Geological Survey - National Center for Earth Resources, Observation and Science (in Sioux Falls, South Dakota) for perhaps being the only person to have completely RTFM (well, perhaps not the only person...), but most definitely the person who has found the most typos, mistakes, and other such things in the 'MARK book'. In fact, the book grows/changes organically - based on comments from 'users', things are added, clarified, corrected.
Based on Bob's comments/edits/corrections, virtually every chapter in 'the book' has been touched in some way - in some chapters, changes are trivial (a few typo's here, font corrections there), in others, more substantial (or where the 'small typo' had big consequences). As such, probably worth downloading the latest version of the entire book. You can grab it directly here

Thanks again, Bob. Any remaining typos/problems are entirely the fault of the junior author (being me)...
