I've just posted a very late beta version of a completely new chapter on known-fate analysis (i.e., radio telemetry studies, typically). You can grab the new chapter, the new markdata.zip file, and the revised index, at

Note that the new chapter is 'inserted' before the nest survival chapter, which is now renumbered as chapter 16.

For those of you with relatively zippy internet connections, I'd suggest just grabbing a fresh copy of the entire book - warning: if you print a hard-copy, the book now tops out at ~500 pages.
