RMark with Mark-Resight models: bug?

Postby bdt » Thu Jul 17, 2014 3:02 pm

I am getting the following message when trying to run the immigration-emigration mark-resight model (IElogitNormal) using RMark:

#############
Error in process.data(DATASET2014Final, model = "IELogitNormalMR", counts = list(`Marked Superpopulation` = c(28, : all 0 ch encountered. MARK will not accept them
############

However, the IElogitNormal mark-resight model accommodates all 0 chs and these models run using Mark directly.

Thank you.

I patched this and it will be released in the next version. If needed this patched version is available at
