MARK spontaneously closes during PIM entries

I have been trying to set-up model configurations in PIM windows in the "Multi-strata recaptures only" module. Several times now, MARK has simply closed-out, either during or inbetween my PIM entries (both when keyboard was active and inactive). There have been no error messages, and the model settings (up to that point) were lost.

has anyone experienced this problem? suggestions?

Whenever posting something about a 'problem' getting MARK to run, make sure your post includes:

1. version of MARK (i.e., build date)
2. operating system on your computer
3. how much RAM your computer has

Also, make sure you've read the FAQ item related to 'problems getting MARK to run' - try following those steps first, then seeing if you still have a problem.
