Does anyone know of a way to generate R-square type values for occupancy models? I know it can't be done in PRESENCE, but I was wondering if there's another way. Specifically, I am interested in generating R-square (or similar) values for spatial dependency occupancy models (Hines et al. 2010). Thanks!
