Problem with CJS data format

Postby Miguel » Tue Nov 22, 2005 6:21 pm

Every time I try to run my analysis I get the message: “Not enough group counts specified on the encounter history”. I checked the manual again and tried different data formats. Bellow are two lines from my encounter history, with males and females. Am I missing something? Thank you for your help.
0000000000000000000000000000000000000001000110000000 1 0;
0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000010000100 0 1;

Miguel,

I once got a similar message that resulted from a data entry mistake that resulted in covariate for a particular record spilling into the blank space between it and the next covariate. I expect you have already checked for things like this between your encounter histories and your group variables but if not, its worth a look--the format for all but one of your records may be fine.
