Remove outliers

I am trying to do an analyses of effects of an application of pesticide in micromammals population. The data is separated in two groups, treatment and control area.I have done GOF, bootstrap and median c-hat analyses with the data to see if the model fits my data. I got a c-hat of 5.6 in the GOF and 1.3 in the other two tests. I read that this could be due to the outliers of my data. Do somebody know how to remove this outliers, or how to know which ones are them?
