Error code: 50[], Error Subcode: 5333

Hi there,
Yesterday I recently completed running a few survival models in mark, closed the program, and left for the evening. I returned this morning and tried opening the file I was working on and MARK stops immediately when I try to open the analysis and the following error code is given (see below). My only option is to abort and MARK stops running. It doesn't seem to be a general issue as I can open several other separate analyses that I was also working on yesterday. I can open the dbf results file in excel just fine. I have version MARK v. 5.1 and am running Windows Vista.
