Multistrata estimation Mark fatal error

Hallo,
I am getting following fatal error from Mark:

forrtl: severe(157): Programm exception - access violation

The last line in Mark estimation window
Pearson Chisquare { xxx } = Infinity

In output ( xxx.out ) beta estimates are the last.

More details on my model: ms model 26 occasions and 9 stratas (8 + 1 unobs), a lot of structural zeros, mlogit link for Psi, logit for S and p - running model from RMark.

Software - 64bit Windows 7, Mark version 6.0

I've tried simanneal - but it changes nothing.
Any suggestions on what to do in this case?
