Recoveries data in RMark

Postby OlivierD » Wed Jan 12, 2011 11:50 am

Hello all,
I am trying to analyze recovery data through RMark. But my data is in LDLD format, not in the mij triangular matrix format. And I just realized that in the model structure, every other cohort is not present. Hence my question: Can RMark really import recovery data in the LDLD format? Or do I have to feed it the mij format and forget about covariates?

Thanks a lot for your help!

RMark only copes with the encounter history formats (LLLL,LDLD) with the exception of the nest survival model which has an entirely different format. I'm not sure why you thought RMark might use the mij format. --jeff
