Multi-strata model and estimate of c-hat

I downloaded U-Care from the web and am attempting to use it to calculate a c-hat for a multi-strata model. I change the MARK input file to only use 1s, 2s, 3s, etc. (instead of A, B, C), but the format is still not recognized by U-Care and pops me out of the program when I try to open the file. Does anyone have an example of a MARK input file for a multi-strata model that works in U-Care? I would much appreciate the help!!!
