Thanks. I'm glad its working for someone.

I unfortunately am still getting the same error code, even with Simon's file.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program to no effect and I'm at a complete loss on what to do next.

I'd be willing to bet the problem is with how you're creating the input file - if you used a Microsoft 'editor' (a virtual oxymoron), that may be the source of your problem (it is with some frequency). Recreate the file with a real editor (see item 9(b) here for some options), make sure you have a space between the end of the label/comment and the start of the encounter history, and try again.

Failing that, take the .dbf and .fpt files Simon posted, and just use those. Once those files are created, you don't need the .inp file further.

Thanks! Recreating the file seems to have solved the problem and I finally have results!
