Error message from MARK

This is regarding zero-truncated Poisson-log normal. I impored a file without any trouble or errors.

I selected pre-defined model - all options for all parameters (.)(g)(t)(g*t) for alpha, sigma and U. No other choices or parameters have been selected.

I press "OK to run" and the MARK starts calculating. After a moment MARK starts returning error messages, first an run-time error heading M6201: MATH / sqrt: DOMAIN error and second an information window telling me "Could not import variance-covariance matrix to record".

MARK does produce some results into the results browse but fairly useless numbers which all have an AICc weight of zero. The data can also not be used for any other analysis since I receive the errors.

I ckecked the file and could not find any obvious mistakes. I have four more files with the same structure and similar information and they work just fine.

I do have snapshots from the messages but don't know how to post them here.

Anybody have an idea what went wrong?

I think I solved it by changing some parameters - I ran the new model a couple of times without receiving any error messages.
