Error while creating mrk****z.tmp

I am trying to use the multi-state ORD model on data with 11 primary periods and a total of 42 secondary occasions (2 to 5 secondary occasions within each primary period). I am getting the following error message: "Error while creating mrk****z.tmp". If I try to run the model again, it runs but I am unable to access the results.

I've loaded the newest version of MARK.

Any suggestions?
