continuous variable in program MARK

Postby trout » Fri Jul 17, 2009 9:56 am

Dear all,
I'm using MARK to estimate annual survival rates in a fish population, using CJS and year, cohort and year as categorical variable. I'd like to include density of individual as a continuous variable, but despite my efforts I was not able to find a way to code a continuous variable (neither in the manual nor in other papers).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chapter 11 if you mean 'continuous individual covariate', or chapter 6 if you mean 'continuous environmental covariate'.
