FTP site for large nest survival input file?

Postby aleya_nelson » Tue May 12, 2009 8:15 pm

Greetings,

I am running a nest survival model with 32 groups and 366 occasions. Currently, I don't have access to a computer with enough memory to run the input file. Mark crashes when it has loaded about 20 groups.

Does anyone know if there is an FTP site or similar option available for running a more complex data file?

Thank you.

Not sure what you mean by the ftp site reference. You can look at RMark if you know R or want to learn it because it will not suffer from the same memory problem. Or nest survival models can be fit with a glm which won't suffer from the same problem. Look in the literature with regard to use of glm.
