Howdy,
I am doing a multi-season model with the initial parameterization in Presence. Do I derive the SEs for Psi(t+1) using the same formula I used to derive Psi(t+1)?

Hi Miguel,
No, you'd have to use the delta-method. If you have the latest version of PRESENCE, it's done for you under 'derived parameters'.
