individual covariate plot

Postby pamela » Tue Mar 31, 2009 9:41 am

Dear all,

I have a problem with the function "individual covariate plot" in MARK. I am a new user and use a multi-state model in order to evaluate transition rates between 8 states and i consider 1 covariate. Each state is defined by a link function "Mlogit", i have good estimations but when i want trace the graph for one psi/covariate, a message "unsupported link function specifial for parameter 9" appear.
Thanks

individual covariate plot

Pamela:
The message is telling you that the individual covairate plot function does not work with the multinomial logit link function. You will have to plot these funtions in Excel by dumping the beta estimates into Excel and then generating your own plot.
