Problems with GOF test multistate model

Postby pablo » Tue Mar 04, 2008 12:51 pm

Hello,
I am trying to carry out GOF test on a multistate model (bootstrap and/or median c-hat) in the latest version of Mark and I invariably get the error message "incorrect link function". My multistate model has three states ("released and alive" with survival set to 1 and recapture set to 0;"recovered on site", "recovered elsewhere", with survival set to zero) involved two absorbing states, and uses a Multinomial logit link function (that I had tested and that it works well in the context of this model) for state transtitions and a logit link for the remaining parameters. My problem is then that I cannot work out why I cannot run the GOF tests with a model that runs without a problem.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Pablo
