inconsistency in parameter indexing of PIM and D-M

Postby throndh » Mon Jun 07, 2004 5:18 am

I just discovered an inconsistency in the parameter indexing used in the PIM and design matrix (at least in the multistate part). The indexing of p and psi is different in the PIM chart and Design Matrix. To me it seems like the D-M is doing some strange things in the index column (the movable column). Also, in the model output file, p for state 1 is reported as psi (1 to 2). It looks like the output file errors resemble the errors in the D-M index column. This was not the case in the 6.1 version. I discovered it when trying to apply a previously fitted model (in 6.1) to the newest version.
