Can't run Royle-Nichols model using PRESENCE 2.1

Postby janderson0723 » Sun Jan 06, 2008 5:54 pm

I have not been able to run the Royle-Nichols model with PRESENCE 2.1 using my dataset on either Vista or XP. The program doesn’t complete the analysis and I get an error message from Windows saying there is a problem with presence.exe. I have tried other simulated datasets that have worked and perhaps the program has problems as the number of sites becomes larger. Also I can do analysis using any of the other single-species models using my dataset. Does anyone know what the problem is or if I am doing something incorrect? Data is below. Thank you.

presence bug

Jim,

You've discovered a bug I created while adding new models. I've corrected this and it should work if you donwload the latest version.

Thanks for letting me know about this.
