Error message: "unrecognized procedure specified: MODEL

Postby Emmanuelle Cam » Mon Mar 29, 2004 9:21 am

Hi!

We are getting a "new" error message we have never seen before: "Error - Unrecognized procedure specified: Model"

We are trying to run a multistate model with 4 states, 12 groups (cohorts) and 18 occasions. There are a lot of "initial" parameters but we are constraining the model substantially (> 4000 "initial" parameters but the design matrix has only 104 columns and we also use the PIMs to set some parameters equal; ~ 2245 separate parameters). There are a lot of permanent transitions and individuals never go back to their initial state. Many parameters are not state-specific.

We looked at the "tmp" file created by MARK when we start running the model: everything seems fine....

Does anybody know what may be happening and how to fix the problem?
Thank you in advance
Emmanuelle

Ooooops! Sorry about this.

That's what happens when on uses an MSSURVIV input file and one tries to run the analysis with MARK....
