Dynamic .INP files?

Postby JonL » Tue Oct 02, 2007 4:58 am

When I start a new MARK project, I specify an input (.INP) file where my data is found. A .DBF file is created. Does this mean that all further analyses are based on this version of the .-INP file, even if I later modify it? If so, if I want to redo the analysis with a revised version, do I have to start a new project? Also see my other post today on a related subject.

Dynamic inp?

The .inp is used only for reading the first time the project is created . If you change the data you have to create a new project but you can "copy" model structures from the old project with the "Run file model".

You cannot go back to input file spec but you can change to a limited number of other related data type specs but you can't change from closed capture to say recaptures only. The reason is that the input spec depends on the data type.
