300.     Turns out that the output screen with color does not work with Windows 10, so I've changed the setup.exe file to not use color.  If you are using Windows 11, the file setup_color.exe will provide the output screen during optimization with color.

I have updated the MARK executables to handle a "nocolor" option, so the setup_color.exe file is no longer needed. Download the usual setup.exe file, and under preferences, specify "nocolor" if your computer is not properly handling the default color option.
