MARK help files

Hi there,
Not sure if this is the right forum to be posting this question, but... Is there any chance of getting a text version (or pdf) of the MARK help files? I'm running Vista and MARK works great, but I can't access the help files anymore.

Just found some advice to deal with help files on Vista here:

Fortunately I don't have Vista but perhaps this works for MARK helpfiles also.
