major restructuring to MARK website

I've made a major restructuring of the MARK website I maintain

http://www.phidot.org/software/mark

in order to improve navigation, provide more information, and so on. Beside, I think it simply looks better.

Please poke around - if you find anything that doesn't work, or have any other comments/suggestions, let me know.
