Summary Data ANOVA from VC Output

is it reasonable to do an ANOVA from the Summary Data (Mean, SD, N Observations) received from VC estimation?

Generally, no. You shoudldn't do statistics on statistics.

So there is no Post-Hoc procedure at all to test for differences of the means?
