The link for downloading RMark from www.phidot.org is wrong.
The URL should point to:

For a variety of reasons, the RMark files are now being hosted exclusively on phidot.org. The URL for the site is

http:://www.phidot.org/software/mark/rmark

We're still working out some of the kinks, so there may be a day or two before everything is perfectly setup. But, you should at least be able to access the site and download the primary files.
