The listing in Appendix C and help documentation are way out of date and likely to stay that way for awhile. The best way to see what is available in RMark is to look at MarkModels.pdf which is installed in the RMark directory of your R library. That directory also has models.txt and parameters.txt that are used by the code to define structure of models and parameters. You can modify values in those files but the only thing that really should be changed would be the default formula in parameters.txt. These files can be useful to look at but if you make an inadvertent change bad things could happen.

Alternatively, simply fire up MARK, and select Help | Data Types.
