bootstrapping, parm-specific option, design matrix, CJS

The parametric bootstrap option is not available for CJS type live recapture models (and others I suspect) that use the parm-specific option off the design matrix; MARK tells users that an "Invalid link function [has been] specified for true model". Given that the parametric bootstrap option uses estimates of the parameters from a model to generate data, can someone clarify why mixing link functions would cause complications?

Andre:
I think this is just a programming problem -- the bootstrap procedure hasn't been updated to handle the parameter-specific link function.
