GENPRES: removal design

Hello phidot,

I write to request advice on coding a user defined model to simulate a "stochastic" removal design in genpres.

Specifically, I want to simulate the p(.) Theta(.) Psi multi-method model with a removal design estimator for p. I also want to code variations of the p(g) Theta(g) Psi(g) to investigate heterogeneity of the parameter estimates.

I would appreciate any advice or help with code for the proc estimate routine to simulate the removal data.
