Error message U-CARE after installation

Hello,

I've just registered in the forum because I've downloaded U-CARE from the official site and an instant error message appears after I have installed the program in my computer. It says "Failed to load MCR. Could not find version 7.11 of the MCR. Attempting to load mclmcrrt7.11.dll. Please install the correct version of the MCR. Contact your vendor if you do not have an installer for the MCR." Could you please tell what this means exactly?

I have had the same problem after installing U-CARE on Windows XP yesterday. The same error message appears when I attempt to run the program, and it prevents the program from running. Is there a version issue here? What I downloaded from http://www.cefe.cnrs.fr/BIOM/logiciels.htm was labeled U-CARE Version 2.3.2, M7.9, but the error message refers to version 7.11. If anyone has any insights into this I will appreciate your feedback.

Both of you have forget the STEP 1 of the installation process
which consists in installing librairies and restarting the computer.
