options for running large numbers of occupancy models
Posted: Sun Aug 23, 2020 12:48 amI would like to efficiently run large numbers of simple and multistate occupancy models using a 30-year data set. Are RMark and RPresence my two best options for doing this?
A complicating factor is that I will have time-varying covariates for each territory, so the data input files will be quite large. Is it still the case that MARK has a limit on the number of characters for each row in the data input file?
