Hi,
I tried to do the same manipulations: computing a model used with M-Surge under E-Surge. As the model for the females, in this case, was the same as for males, I used the same computation.
Finally, I have two different deviance:
-For model with M-Surge
Model formula (or file) :
ForSurvival (14):f(1).a(1)+f.a(2,3:6,7)+others
ForTransition (49):f(1).to.ete.a(1)+f.to.a(2:7)+others
ForCapture (96):to.t
deviance : 14960.467
-For model with E-Surge
Model formula (or file) :
For Initial State: IS - Step 1 - (0): to
For Transition: S - Step 1 - (14): f(1).a(1)+f.a(2,3:6,7)+others
For Transition: T - Step 2 - (49): f(1).to.ete.a(1)+f.to.a(2:7)+others
For Event: E - Step 1 - (97): firste+nexte(1:7).to.t
dev(PHI,B) = 14963.364
Can we consider the model are the same or not?
If yes, for an Anodev method, which model's deviance have I to use?
Thanks,
Guillaume
