problem with E-Surge and results output

Hello,

I have some troubles when using E surge to fit multi-state models. I'm studying transitions between 4 states and for 4 groups.
I have no problems defining the matrix in Gepat and building constraints in Gemaco.
Actually the models run successfully, but after entering the model's name E-Surge gives this error message:

Error using ==>mrdivide
Matrix dimensions must agree
Error in ==>rhicc at 193
Error in ==>menumuse> Run_Callback at 1380
Error in ==>gui_mainfcn at 75
Error in ==>menumuse at 42
Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

Then the model doesn't appear in the output window.
Does anyone know where the problem comes from?

Are you sure that the problem happened after you enter the name of the model and
not before ?
What is the version of E-SURGE that you used ?

The problem occurs just after entering the model's name!

Probably, there is a problem in the model specification or to
get the MLE ?
