I am running an analysis on a CMR dataset and every now and again I will get the warning "10 first histories incompatibles in the model". This seems to be mostly related to the survival and transition statements in GEMACO. The model runs fine after the message but there is not much information about what the message means. Could it be related to a state transition that was not specified or vice versa? I am concerned the incompatible histories are being dropped, making the response, i.e., the capture histories, different for models without the error. This would then make any model comparison impossible because different combinations of data rows are being used.
