Announcing secr 4.6.0

secr 4.6.0 is on CRAN and the Windows binary will follow in a few days (see GitHub if you need it now and have devtools).
This version has improved handling of large transect datasets (thanks to Philipp Jund for tweaks to C++ code).
Several functions extend the treatment of spatial overdispersion (c-hat across detectors). The coverage is not comprehensive (e.g. mixture models are excluded). This is an active area of research and it's too soon to give definitive advice.
