announcing secr 2.9.1

This release is starting to find its way to CRAN mirror sites. Check out http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/secr/NEWS for a list of changes. The main feature is flexible machinery for detection models based on non-Euclidean distances, documented in the new vignette secr-noneuclidean.pdf (see also ?userdist). A few bugs are fixed. The 'start' argument of secr.fit() can now be a named list of one or more 'real' parameter values, and there are other labour-saving tweaks.
