announcing secr 2.2.0

New version now available on CRAN. Main user-visible changes are various minor bug fixes and a more robust implementation of rbind.capthist and MS.capthist (thanks to Mike Meredith for motivation & help here). See http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/secr/NEWS for details.
