version 2.1.9
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 6:08 pmI just released a new version of RMark to CRAN and it should start appearing soon on CRAN mirrors. Just minor changes but one big one is that you need to have v8.0 or higher for MARK because the parameter N has been changed to f0 in the closed and closed robust design models for MARK. List of changes/fixes are given below.

CHANGES
* For closed full likelihood models the parameter is named f0 instead of N
BUG FIXES
* Excepted mark-resight LogitNormal from check on all 0 capture histories because they are allowed for those models. Thanks to Brian Taras for pointing out the problem.
* Fixed bug in make.mark.model which could be fooled when "initial " was found in a formula and it was expecting initial parameter values. Thanks to Christian Kampichler for pointing out the problem.
