RMark problems and documentation

The RMark documentation is sorely in need of updating - my fault. I had a recent offlist interchange about use of mlogit0 and the way real parameters are calculated for mlogit parameters when some are fixed to 0. The problem and solution are documented but not in a place that one might expect to see it. This is just a reminder to (you all and me) to check "Whatsnew" in the RMark package help when you encounter a problem that is not described in the documentation. It contains notes of changes to versions and often describes issues like this one with fixed mlogit parameters. No promises but I hope to get some time this fall to update the documentation and examples.
