Code fails with continuous covariate

Postby jlaake » Thu Feb 13, 2014 1:44 pm

I was contacted off-list about a problem with an R error that occurred with a model containing a continuous covariate. The error occurred in the accumulation of like records when the covariate had precision which was greater than 7 digits to the right of the decimal. The code has been patched and v2.1.8 is available at:
https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0B77g1ScdUwVeOVJNUVVGS0YtWE0/edit

After installing in R with Packages/Install from local zip, type

library(RMark)
news(Version == "2.1.8",package="RMark")

to see a listing of changes and an explanation of the problem described above. I'll eventually release this version to CRAN. Please let me know if you encounter any problems.
