RMark citation

I've gotten some grief from an editor about the current citation to RMark being in an electronic document that changes and the date is always changing. Also, that very astute editor read the following footnote in GIM:
We’re occasionally asked how to properly cite this book. Easy answer – please don’t. This book is not a ‘technical reference’, but a ‘software manual’. The various ‘technical’ bits in the book (i.e., suggestions on how to approach some sorts of analysis, guides to interpreting results...) are drawn from the primary literature, which should be cited in all cases.

To avoid that I put together a document that can used for a static citation to RMark like White and Burnham (1999) is used for MARK. Appendix C and the document I've used for workshops contain far more information on RMark than this short intro document I'm using for a citation.

You can obtain it online at http://www.afsc.noaa.gov/Publications/ProcRpt/PR2013-01.pdf. When I release v2.1.5 on CRAN, you'll be able to type citation("RMark") and obtain the citation.
