I have downloaded the old help file, but that did not fix the problem. I am running Windows Vista, the 32 bit version, and did run the 13 Mb setup.exe as an administrator.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!
Actually, there is a clunky solution that works perfectly: the actual setup.exe file hasn't changed since December, but...the calendar date has. There is something in the setup.exe that is 'getting confused' by the recent switchover from 2008 -> 2009.
So, to install the latest version of MARK, simply...
1. download the setup.exe, as before (the current one, not the old one).
2. tell your computer it is 2008, not 2009 (i.e., flip the year back to 2008).
3. install MARK (no problems...)
4. put the year back to 2009.
I just tested this on a couple of machines, and this sequence works perfectly.
