download/install error

Hey all-

I tried to update my version and continue to get a odd error while going through setup. The error reads:

Unable to register component.
C:\windows\system32\orapholtc.ocx
An event was unable to invoke any of the subscribers.

I read a post that suggested a download error, so I went through and downloaded a new file and got the same response. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
