expanded RMark documentation (Appendix C) now online

Thanks to the Herculean efforts of Jeff Laake and Eric Rexstad, the expanded (from ~75 -> 114 pages) and enhanced Appendix C - which documents RMark - is now online - it has been embedded in the complete MARK book PDF file (which has now easily broken the 700 page mark), or as a standalone file:

Evan is being modest. He put a substantial amount of work on the documentation to make it presentable.

If you are using RMark you'll find a lot of new information in the update including a section on fixing real parameters, computing estimates for specific covariate values, exporting models to MARK interface, common errors and solutions, computation of delta method variances, and examples showing multi-strata, nest survival, occupancy and known fate models. As I get time I'll add in more examples of some of the other models supported by RMark.

I'll reiterate that all questions/comments/errors on Appendix C should be reported to me or Eric and NOT to Evan. If you have a specific question you can send me an email (jeff.laake@noaa.gov) but if you have a question that others may have, post it here and start subject with RMark. I get all of the listserver messages in my email box and as long as I'm not in the field I'll answer promptly.
