New addition to the MARK book - chapter 16 - robust design (by Bill Kendall). Since the new chapter is 'inserted' in the existing version of the book, the chapter numbering has changed for succeeding chapters. As such, it is probably advisable to download the new build of the entire, indexed book as a single file:

Note that the RD chapter is in 'beta' - basically, not entirely completed...yet.
