The current version date according to the download site is 12/3/2019. However, the date on the newly installed version (just downloaded today) is 11/11/2019 (for MARK_INT.EXE). There probably isn't much difference between these versions, but thought I would mention it.

PhiDot server shows date file was uploaded to the server, not the build date. Its that simple.
