Hi,

In chapter 4 of the 18th book edition (vol 1), the file "variable_interval.inp" is called for to use in the example (page 4-26). That file is not in the examples files I downloaded from the MARK book page or in the directory created when the program was installed. What am I missing (besides this file)?

Hmmm...seems like I forgot to add it to the .zip archive of the example files on the MARK book page. I've just added it, and uploaded it. Should be there if you re-download the archive.
